DESCRIPTION

This Macallan Boutique Collection 2020 bottling is the latest release in the series released to celebrate the opening of the distillery’s first ever standalone boutique store, at the Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport.

Inspired by the River Spey that flows along our Speyside estate, The Macallan celebrates the iconic destination of The Vermillion Lakes, Canada, where the rich landscape echoes that of The Macallan’s own home.

TASTING NOTES

• Appearance: Antique gold
• Nose: Sweet dried fruit is balanced with mature oak, warming ginger and nutmeg with hints of dark chocolate and vanilla
• Palate: Initially sweet and fruity with orange oil and oak spices
• Finish: Medium sweet with a lingering oak and fruit finish
