DESCRIPTION

The Alistair Walker Whisky Company is based in Grangemouth, Scotland and was established in 2018. Mr Walker gained over 20 years experience working in the whisky industry before he decided to form his own independent bottling company. 

This whisky was distilled at an undisclosed Orkney distillery in 1999 and selected from single cask #5743. It has been aged for a total of 21 years which included a period of time being finished in a Pedro Ximénez-Sherry Puncheon. This bottling is part of the Infrequent Flyers series.
