The heart of GlenAllachie's range, every cask was carefully monitored under the watchful eye of their veteran whisky maker Billy Walker. The GlenAllachie 8 Year Old is proudly bottled at 46%, non chill filtered and natural colour.
TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Sunset Bronze
- Nose: Heather Honey, butterscotch and cinnamon, followed by waves of ginger, toasted almonds and mocha.
- Palate: Lashings of treacle, dried sultanas and butterscotch, with cinnamon, peppermint and honeycomb.
